For users in the United States and Canada, the Platform is operated by Fannilla, Inc., a company incorporated in the United States. For all other users, the Platform is operated by Fannilla B.V., a company incorporated in the Netherlands. Fannilla B.V. voluntarily complies with the requirements of Section 2257 to the extent permitted under Dutch and European Union law. Regardless of the applicable operating entity, all content is accessed through www.fannilla.com.

The operator of this Platform is not the "producer" (whether primary or secondary, as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)) of any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct made available on the Platform. The operator's activities with respect to such content are limited to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, and formatting of depictions posted by third-party users in areas of the Platform under those users' control.

All models, actors, actresses, and other persons that appear in any visual portrayal of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on, or otherwise contained in, this Platform were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the visual image was produced.

Records required for all depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, et seq., are on file with the appropriate Custodian of Records.

All content uploaders ("Creators") must be verified by the Platform before being permitted to upload or distribute content. As part of this verification process, the Platform confirms that each Creator meets the minimum age requirements of their state, jurisdiction, or country. Prior to uploading content, each Creator must provide evidence or certify that:

• •(a) All individuals depicted in the content are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the minimum age required by their state, jurisdiction, or country to appear in such content, whichever is greater.
• •(b) All individuals depicted in the content freely consented to appear in the content at the time of its production and agreed to its publication on the Platform.
• •(c) As the producer of the content, the Creator certifies compliance with the record-keeping requirements under 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257, 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for all uploaded content, and agrees to promptly provide such documentation upon request.
• •(d) The uploaded content does not violate the Platform's Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable laws.

All other visual depictions displayed on this Platform are exempt from the provisions of Section 2257 because:

• •(1) They do not portray conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A)(i) through (iv).
• •(2) They do not portray conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C. § 2257A produced after March 19, 2009.
• •(3) They do not portray conduct listed in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A)(v) produced after March 19, 2009.
• •(4) The visual depictions were created prior to July 3, 1995.
• •(5) The operator does not act as a "producer" with respect to the dissemination of such exempt images, as that term is defined in 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c).

Each Creator who uploads content to the Platform acts as the primary producer of such content and is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable record-keeping, labeling, and age-verification requirements under 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257, 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

By uploading content, each Creator represents and warrants that they have obtained and will maintain all required records, including valid government-issued identification for each individual depicted in their content, and will make such records available for inspection upon lawful request.

The records required by 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257, 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 with respect to content appearing on this Platform are maintained by the designated Custodian of Records. All records associated with depictions contained herein, required to be maintained by federal law, will be made available to authorized inspectors at the following location:
