This compliance statement is issued by Fannilla B.V., the operator of www.fannilla.com (the "Platform") in accordance with 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257, 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 ("Section 2257").
The Platform is operated by Fannilla B.V., a company incorporated in the Netherlands. Fannilla B.V. voluntarily complies with the requirements of Section 2257 to the extent permitted under Dutch and European Union law. All content is accessed through www.fannilla.com.
The operator of this Platform is not the "producer" (whether primary or secondary, as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)) of any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct made available on the Platform. Any review of content by the operator is limited to screening for compliance with its Terms of Service and applicable law and does not involve the selection or alteration of content.
All models, actors, actresses, and other persons that appear in any visual portrayal of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on, or otherwise contained in, this Platform were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time the visual image was produced.
Records required for all depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct by 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257, 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, are on file with the appropriate Custodian of Records.
All content uploaders ("Creators") must be verified by the Platform before being permitted to upload or distribute content. As part of this verification process, the Platform confirms that each Creator meets the minimum age requirements of their jurisdiction, country, or state. Prior to uploading content, each Creator must provide evidence or certify that:
a) All individuals depicted in the content are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the minimum legal age required by their jurisdiction, country, or state to appear in such content, whichever is higher.
b) All individuals depicted in the content freely consented to appear in the content at the time of its production and agreed to its publication on the Platform.
c) The Creator is the producer of the content, complies with the record-keeping requirements under 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257, 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for all uploaded content, and will promptly provide such documentation upon request.
d) The uploaded content does not violate the Platform's Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable laws.
All other visual depictions displayed on this Platform are exempt from the provisions of Section 2257 because one or more of the following applies:
1) They do not portray conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A)(i) through (iv).
2) They do not portray simulated sexually explicit conduct within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2257A made after March 18, 2009.
3) They do not portray conduct listed in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A)(v) made after March 18, 2009.
4) The visual depictions were made on or before July 3, 1995.
5) The operator does not act as a "producer" with respect to the dissemination of such exempt images, as that term is defined in 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c).

Each Creator who uploads content to the Platform acts as the primary producer of such content and is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable record-keeping, labeling, and age-verification requirements under 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257, 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
By uploading content, each Creator represents and warrants that they have obtained and will maintain all required records, including valid government-issued identification for each individual depicted in their content, and will make such records available for inspection upon lawful request.
The records regarding age and identity verification are kept by the verification partner on behalf of Fannilla B.V., and the Custodian of Records can make them available upon inspection. The records required to be kept by each Creator as primary producer are maintained by that Creator. Fannilla B.V. acts as Custodian of Records referred to in this notice. The records can be produced, and inspections are possible during the hours in § 75.5(c).
All records associated with depictions contained herein, required to be maintained by federal law, will be made available to authorized inspectors at the following location:
